Maybe if it was less expensive, it would be easier, but as it stands, I can’t recommend this mousepad.

The cloth is well bonded to the rubber so doesn’t bunch up at the front when pressure is being applied and there is zero movement on the desk surface I had it base one. And after a week of use I'm not sure if dust in the mouse feet or dust in the sensor hole affect track/glide ( I don't think they're detrimental enough to be noticed?Performance-wise, if you’re looking for a mousepad with great control, and that’s all that matters to you, then it would be easy to recommend this one.

I also wash the Qck+ weekly (because I was very sad with the glide caused due to the humidity), I gave up on the GSRs, because they were unbearably slow. It’s only natural for a mousepad to degrade after time and you’ll see this happen with pretty much any pad that isn’t a hard pad to varying degrees. I feel like the QCK+ doesn’t really have that much control which is bad since I tend to overshoot with rifles (that never happens with the AWP but it might be because I always armaim when flicking with the AWP :D). I’ve also heard that the mousepads coating wears off and stuff which ultimately makes it rough and different than when it was brand new. Pretty sure it's faster than my puretrak talent and that the talent is faster than my hayate and my hayate faster than the qck.If you really want a fast glide I can recommend the Glorious Helios, it’s one of the only hard pads on the market right now and it’s got a really consistent and fast glide. It you’re too slow to perform a 180 or 360 it’s just a sensitivity issue, so I would recommend raising your sensitivity if you feel like your cursor is moving too slowly. That said: if you’re extremely sensitive to a changing glide then why not try a hard pad or perhaps a hybrid pad? The mildly textured rubber base does a great job at keeping the pad securely in place wherever you decide to put it down, even when I was furiously trying to get it to move by putting unrealistic amounts of pressure on my mouse, so all’s well on this front. That’s a great way to get people to experience what the pad feels like without having to open the box or exposing the pad itself, so compliments to Logitech for this elegant and effective solution.

There is no one ‘best mousepad’ as they all offer very different characteristics so I would recommend you to read a couple of reviews (there’s a bunch on here) and see what you would possibly like. That fact alone was enough to pique my attention, and when I got the opportunity to test a review unit, I just had to do it. The surface although low profile does have some give it so for me it’s the perfect profile as it also doesn’t cut/rub your wrist when used for a prolonged period. The logo on the pad is placed well out of the way so you won’t normally come into contact with it, but if you do it does feel a bit different from the regular cloth, which can have an impact on the glide. Well the G640 isn’t necessarily a pure speed pad, if you’re after speed you’re better off going for a hard pad or a hybrid pad. That doesn’t mean that it’ll never need cleaning (every cloth pad will need a shower at some point) but it’s definitely a plus. And yeah I know, but the team editions are usually rarer to find than the regular editions, and some people don’t like using a mat with sponsoring from a team they may not even know or like so I usually don’t count those ‘special editions’ as the standard product, if that makes any sense. It’s the average thickness for many other regular mousepads out there – not very thick but not the thinnest either. It’s not as fast as the Helios or the MPC I think though, but if you can get past that it should suit your needs quite nicely. Logitech G640 – This pad I know the least about but I think it’s too similar to the Steelseries QCK+ so I guess not really a point going for that?
